How long does it take to get started?
You can get matched with a VA in 3–5 business days. After the consultation, we shortlist candidates based on your needs and schedule an intro call or immediate handoff.
Can we interview and choose the VA?
Yes. You’ll receive 1–3 pre-vetted profiles, and you can choose to:
- Request a different profile if the first match isn’t right
- Interview them yourself
- Trust our recommendation and let us assign the best fit
What are your working hours?
Our Virtual Assistanr can work on client’s preferred time.
How is pricing structured?
We offer flat monthly rates starting at $1200/month, which includes:
- Your Virtual Assistant’s salary
- Management & support
- Replacement guarantee
- No hidden fees or markups
Custom plans available for sourcing-only or multi-VA setups.
What if I’m not happy with the Virtual Assistant?
If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days, we’ll replace the Virtual Assistant at no extra cost.
We also provide ongoing performance checks to ensure consistent quality.
Do you offer long-term contracts?
We require a minimum 3-month contract to ensure stability, proper onboarding, and long-term impact. Many of our clients continue beyond that, but you’re free to reassess or scale up/down after the initial term. No lock-in beyond the first 3 months.
Is our data and communication secure?
Yes. We follow data security best practices and use secure communication tools. You can also request:
- Activity tracking tools (optional)
- NDAs
- Tool-based restrictions (e.g., LastPass for credentials)
Can you help with sourcing only (not full Virtual Assistant work)?
Absolutely. If you just need help with lead generation or candidate sourcing, we offer dedicated sourcing specialists on a part-time or full-time basis.
